When people start off it would help them if they want to go to training right off instead of having to skill so more people would play! and skillers wouldn't mind because its only 100k lol

Well getting 100k from thieving doesn't take long. If you steal from the stall in home you get 10k which just from 10 steals that is 100k. Starting out with 100k might be too much honestly.

Too much, as S said, you can get 100K from Thieving easily.
