I recently was looking at some movies that are going to be released sometime this year and saw some pretty decent looking ones. There is Resident Evil: After Life which looks kind of good.
Some people didn't like the other three, but I thought the first two were good. The third one was alright, but wasn't too happy what they did to Alice.. After Life seems like they are going to go to far with a lot of things, but then again I never played the Resident Evil games. I played one for a little bit.. haha
(I think coming out in September.. Didn't the others come out in September as well..?)
Kick-Ass looked really stupid at first, but then I noticed it was Rated R and I watched the Rated R Trailer.. Changed my mind about it real fast.. haha I also noticed Nicolas Cage was in it, so it can't be that bad.
I do believe Kick-Ass is in theaters right now and if it is I hope I end up seeing it soon. At first I thought it was some PG-13 movie that was just some random stupid comedy, but after I watched the trailers it looked really good. Then again it could still have stupid random comedy in it, but from what I seen it looks little balanced between Action and comedy. Also that girl who plays Hit-Girl.. Her mother must be awesome to let her say all those things she says in the movie at that age.

The Other Guys is another movie that looks good. I really hope it is not some random stupid comedy.. I saw Mark Wahlberg, Samual Jackson, and Dwayne Johnson(The Rock) in it.. Mark Wahlberg became one of my favorite actors when I saw Four Brothers and Samual Jackson is probably my favorite actor. Once I saw those two in it I was happy and thought it was going to be a good movie.. Then I saw Will Ferrel was in it.. Not saying Will Ferrel isn't a good actor or anything, but some of his movies recently to me haven't been all that great. The movies he was in focused on comedy and some of that ruined the movies. I just hope it's more action and not as much comedy. I would really like to see Will Ferrel play a serious role. I don't think I seen him play one at all.. Jack Black played a serious role in King Kong so I think Will Ferrel can do so.. Hopefully..
Those are the only movies I kind of know about.. Anything you guys hear about or want to see?
